Dessi pigments have been created from the highest quality raw materials, resulting in sparkling, tiny particles that create an amazing glow and the product is soft and pleasant to the touch. The right combination of pearls creates a beautiful uniform colour. The product is very efficient, a small amount will cover the entire eyelid giving a unique glow. By patting the cosmetic in with your finger or a brush you will intensify the sparkle effect and by rubbing in you will get a taffeta effect. The pigments blend perfectly with the colors of the shadows from the SAY YES palette.

We recommend that the pigment is applied over the Dessi base, which ensures that the cosmetic will stay on the eyelid for hours. The products blend perfectly together.
