The adhesive base by Dessi helps pigments or shadows to stay on the eyelid for hours, creating a perfect makeup resistant to abrasion and water. Its elastic texture works well with the eyelid skin without giving the effect of rolling. The pigments applied on it do not fall off but create an intensified glow effect.

 Directions for use:

Cover the entire eyelid with a small amount of the product, then wait a while until the base begins to become transparent and proceed to the application of pigment or shadows. By patting the pigment or shadow with your finger or brush you will intensify the effect of sparkling, and by lubricating you will get the effect of a glassy surface.

Be sure to carefully screw the jar after use, so that the adhesive base does not dry out.
